Foxlane Homes Atlanta is looking for a Costing (Purchasing) Manager to join our team! The Costing Manager is responsible for providing financial and operational expertise within the Foxlane Homes Atlanta Division, directly supporting the team in establishing, controlling, and analyzing homebuilding construction costs and divisional profitability. This role is responsible for working closely with our trade partners, sales, and construction teams on material selection and specifications, as well as managing a comprehensive cost control system to ensure that each home is built within budget and recommend process improvements. This role will be based out of our Atlanta, GA office, located in Free Home, GA and will report to the Managing Partner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the team by analyzing and controlling construction costs and profits for all homes within the division.
• Manage a cost control system that effectively and accurately measures costs and production variances and allows for accurate projections of operating results.
• Work with divisional, regional, and corporate peers to drive continuous improvement of costs, processes, and systems, and ensure consistency of costing methods across the company.
• Build relationships, improve upon and seek new vendors to expand the trade partner base
• Work with trade partners, suppliers, sales, and construction teams to select materials.
• Source materials and cost out custom options.
• Initiate agreements and negotiations with trade partners that will maximize value, quality and delivery to Foxlane Homes and the home buyer.
• Update and maintain sales, pricing and cost information for all active and future communities.
• Project costs for new home designs and product offerings as part of the overall Division business plan.
• Review plans for standardization of components, options, and construction methods.
